  Receptionists – The team of receptionists will try and assist you in providing the most appropriate mechanism of accessing the practice.

  ---

• Practice Nurses – The nurses provide different types of clinics as well as the more traditional nurse roles.

  ---

• District Nurses – This is a team of nurses who provide nursing care for patients unable to attend the surgery.

  ---

• Health Visitors –  These are specialist nurses trained in community care and screening for ill health. Their main role within the practice is childhood development and providing support relating to children.

  ---

• Midwives – Provide antenatal and postnatal care for all pregnant women. They can provide information and support about pregnancy and facilities available.

  ---

• Palliative Care Nurse – We have a St David’s Foundation nurse who provides support for patients and families with a diagnosis of cancer and other terminal illnesses.

  ---

• Health Care Assistants - The Health Care Assistants work with and support the Nurses with their work.

• Physiotherapist - Practice  based

• Carer Support worker - Attend the Surgery every other week

• Substance Misuse Service
