Order you repeat medication through the  NHS Wales App. The app provides a simple and secure way to do this

To use the app, you must:

• Be aged 16 or over

• Have your own individual email address

• Valid photo ID

How to Verify Your Identity

To set up your NHS Wales App account, you’ll need to verify your identity. This can be done in one of two ways:

1. Online using photo ID and a face scan
   The quickest and easiest method is to use your phone to scan one piece of photo ID and take a short face recording during account setup.

2. In person with your GP practice
   Alternatively, you can request an identity verification letter from your GP surgery..

   • Take two original forms of ID to your GP practice. (proof of address and a form of photo ID)

   • Complete a form at the practice

   • A member of staff will verify your identity, update your records, and provide you with a verification letter.

   • You’ll then need to enter the code from the letter into the app to complete your setup.

Another way you can order your repeat prescription is by completing the right hand side section of your previous prescription form and return it to the surgery by placing it in the prescription slot located at the entrance.

Please Note:

If you have opted for you prescripton to be sent electronically you will not receive a repeat slip

We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Please allow plenty of time when requesting repeat prescritpions, ordering 7 days before you need your next supply.
